My phone battery had completely died. On the phone, they assured me they could have me a new battery the next day. They honored their word & had new battery replaced within minutes after I took my phone to them. I was charged more than quoted on phone, but still cheaper than price I was given from another local store. I would recommend them 100%. Funny thing, I was actually sent there by their competition!

Best experience of a tech store ever. I got a phone from them and it was messing up and they offered to fix it for free. The owner and staff are friendly funny and fun to talk to. It's a great place to hangout and watch movies or talk tech. Prices are awesome and service is quick. Can not recommend them enough. My Last bad review was meant for the computer guy. Dont go their go here and you will not regret it. I would give 10 stars if possible

I was recommended to Tech-Knowledge 517 by a friend because of their fast, friendly service. They did not disappoint! They had the part for my phone overnighted and fixed it quickly while my little one and I waited. Their waiting room was full of entertainment with big screen tv’s and a sweet little girl that colored and played with my little girl! Even better was the price which was very reasonable and they didn’t even charge me for the overnight charges incurred. I highly recommend this business and hope they continue to grow and do well!
