I had no idea this place was so awesome. Had a computer fail, they had me fixed and running again in 3 hours. The price was very reasonable. Excellent service, staff was super helpful, if I ever have another comp issue that is repairable this place gets my business. Thank you so much for making my day better!

The technician was very knowledgeable about my issue about my computer. He recommended a power supply and video card. Good selection of new and used items at the store. Even a free shelf by the walk in door. One of the last few great pc shops in the area. Highland recommended. I will go back for parts again.

The Uptech team really helped me out of a difficult situation. My laptop stopped powering up. The Uptech pros quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to save my data. They had a quick turn around and they charged me a very reasonable rate for their efforts. I will be going back to them for any additional computer repair needs in the future.

Had to give the experience with Uptech 5 stars. I'll outline the interactions into different portions, but I did contact several local pc repair shops around me regarding pricing, diagnostics fees, and possible turn around times based on the symptoms I was experiencing. Speed - They were the only shop that could start taking a look at my gaming pc same day, with a possible turn around time of 1-3 business day depending on the severity of the issue. I dropped my pc off at 3:30 on 8/7 and had it back at my house by 2:30 on 8/8. Super glad I had back within 24 hours. Price - Initial diagnostic fee was $59 for a gaming pc, but they do have different pricing models depending on the type of pc they are looking at. Price after fix for my pc was $69 total, again this price will vary depending on the issues encountered. Solution & Service - The gentleman that helped me was very cool. He explained what caused the issue with the computer and that there will probably be another bios update (I have a 13th gen Intel I9 with the micro code bug issue in an Asus motherboard) coming out soon that. He explained that I'd probably want to do that and how to address the issue if it happens again after the bios update.

My laptop would not turn on and Samsung wanted me to ship it to New Jersey for repair. I took it to Uptech and they had me back up and running in just a few hours! Employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I was very happy with the service price. Definitely recommend!
