I brought my grandson Nintendo switch 08/01/2024 to be fixed it would not hold a charge are charge up. Went back at the end of August they said they sent it out and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. The guy said he would look at it. Pick it up in September took it home and it still didn't work took it back and the guy checked it out and saw that it was not charging. Said he would send it back to Florida to be fixed. I went back November 1st to get it and then he tells me it haves water damage (what the hell) that was not the issue with it at all. They said they got it back 10/16/24. Nobody called me are text me to let me know anything about it. So I paid $63.59 for nothing and waited 3 months to find out. AND WATER DAMAGE. This is so wrong. I tell everyone not to use y'all unless you want to be ripped off.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I'm highly disappointed in this company. I usually go to the location on Hurstbourne, and that's where I should've taken my mom to get her phone fixed. Dixie Highway Location doesn't know what they are doing. It's unfair to charge an elder for something you claim you could repair and couldn't. This location had her phone for a whole month with no communication from the store only to come in and wait for a manager to tell her it wasn't his fault that the former employees locked her phone and never reached out about their mistakes. He couldn't even repair the but yet she had to pay after he claimed to have to factory reset a phone he still couldn't get to work. She should definitely be reimbursed. She lost a phone and possibly significant memories. This store/company is crooks.

My HDMI port on my PS5 was broken and they fixed it in an hour for $150. The only problem was they charged me an additional $100 to dust and clean the PlayStation which they had already taken apart as part of the replacement process. So I was definitely scammed for extra money on that like a car service would scam an old lady checking on her check engine light. Could’ve just dusted on my own. So I advise cleaning your console before bringing it in because they will tell you you can lower the price by signing up for Asurion+ to insure all of your home devices but what they don’t tell you is that they will end up ripping the same amount of money from you anyways on what they choose to make up.

Stellar customer service. Even though they didn't physically repair my tablet, the gentleman I spoke to knew the ins and outs of Samsung's policies, and was able to advise me on how to go about getting it sent in for repair without filing an insurance claim. Also, while I was on hold with Samsung, a woman came in off the street with a question about/issue with her phone. He knew immediately how to help her, and didn't even charge her. I'm impressed.

I brought my xbox x in to have hdmi port replaced and when discussing price with Brandon he stayed that for 130$ they would do a "thorough cleaning" and replace the port . So I was very happy when they was done the next day . I picked it up and they litterly disnt clean anything except the outside of the shell and the price of the cleaning was 100$ although i appreciate that the turnaround time was great but i feel like i was ripped off because i was expecting it to be THROUGHLY CLEANED . Based on what i was told. Smh!
