This was an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and extra helpful in getting our issues resolved. Jonah took on our request last minute and went above and beyond. Not only replaced the power supply on our PC but also cleaning up the cables and the dust, making the whole machine look so much nicer. Meanwhile, Jake was a bright, friendly, and personable chap who chatted with us and kept us company while we waited. We got quotes to come back for more work, and I'm telling everyone I know to come here. I'd give this place even more stars if I could.

Took my son to the store today, he bought a 4070 Super build, everyone was very friendly and helpful, even turned the computer on to show us before we bought it, the guys even signed a shirt for us, pc is working great my son loves it, very quiet and they did a great job on the build, highly recommend pc bros if your looking for a gaming pc

They found and fixed the issue I had with my PC that I had just built as well as installed windows at a reasonable price. Would recommend a diagnostic from them again as they got back to me fairly quickly as well despite being quoted that it could be a whole week before they looked at it.

Fantastic! The people are personable, and very knowledgeable. They are telling to explain, at a level best for you to understand, anything they will be able to do. Their prices are beyond reasonable. Needed some repair and recovery work done. It was finished quickly. On one piece, when it was apparent it was user error vs a technical issue, they didn't charge me. And most importantly, didn't make me feel like an idiot about it. Support this local business with confidence in a job well done!

What an amazing store! There were so many used PC's. The clerk was friendly and helpful. The best item i left with was a signed mouse pad. Super place to drop in and be astounded at all they have.
