Was in a great need of a laptop to handle by business needs and needed a good price to top it off. Alex took care of me and my company with the laptop we needed, had it upgraded to the specs with a great price and had us out the door in a very reasonable time! Was looking for a gaming set up for my son 16th birthday (as a surprise) and I don't know anything about computers. I was lucky enough to meet Adam at the store that helped me with the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and honest and hooked me up with the best set up for my budget. When my son got the computer he was blown away and speechless by the specs and set up he received. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would refer Custom Bytes to anyone, and especially send them Adams way! :)

Came into the store with hardly no knowledge of what I was looking to buy, just that I wanted a gaming PC that could emulate any console I threw at it, and wanted to stay under $2500. Had a little interest in steam gaming as well. The guys were great! Grabbed a PC that was in the back they had just built, and brought it out to show my wife and I. they answered every ? I had and took their time helping us. No pressure to make a purchase at all. So far, the PC we bought has been phenomenal! Runs PS2 and Gamecube at 4k, and has no issue with 1080p PS3 Emulation! Great machine and great customer service! Custom Bytes with get my #1 recommendation to anyone looking for a great gaming PC. Thanks again guys!

This place is neat! I've been here twice and both times I received excellent customer service when I walked in the door. Yesterday I went there because one of my case fans went out and I was looking to buy one. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but one of the guys there gave me a used one to get me by in the meantime. I highly recommend this place! They have awesome builds and outstanding customer service. Thank you!
