I visited this store several times in the past and I always had a pleasant experience. I came in yesterday looking for a cable for my PC. The older gentleman who I assume is the owner was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew exactly what I needed. He did everything he could to assist me in finding the right part for my system. He even took time to teach me some of the new emerging technologies that I didn't even know about and I am in IT! The price of the cable that I purchased was several dollars less than a similar product that I found on Amazon. I highly recommend this business.

The best computer shop in Louisville. I've been to many different shops in the Louisville area, none of which have been able to serve my wide variety of computer needs as much as Computer Outlet has and for as long as they have. I began soliciting their services back in 1997 when I worked for my first tech consulting company. I was so pleased with the service Gary and his staff provided that I sent them everyone in need of computer service. I took their business to each new job over the years. I purchased computer lab equipment for the university, saving them a lot of money and gaining local support. Gary takes pride in his business and his employees. He is happy to serve if you don't dishonor him, his business, or his people. He and his staff treats people fair and I am proud to be his customer and consider him to be a colleague and friend. I hope to continue doing business with him for years to come.
