This is a great Apple Store. Haven’t had any issues here. Just make an appointment for any tech support needed in advance. Don’t expect to be seen by just walking in. This is the only Apple Store in Louisville, so it will always be busy. All of the Specialists are really helpful, I usually get over-asked when I’m shopping, if I need any help. Better to have more than less!

My mother had an issue transferring contacts and data from and old phone to a new phone, issues with Apple ID. AT&T was not able to resolve this, however, Caden, the Apple Genius team member who helped us was polite, professional, and resolved the issue quickly. He was great and we truly appreciate his help.

I’ve had the iPhone 15 pro max since it released at the end of 2023. I usually upgrade phones each phone release but this year I decided I was just going to buy new cases and screen protectors. We are pretty rough on phones around here with the type of work we do. See my dirty jeans in the background for another example. Anyways felt like a whole new phone with a new case and screen protectors and updated to the latest iOS. I’ve been doing business with this Apple Store for 10+ years. Can’t complain.

Went in the Saturday before Christmas, figured it would be packed and horrifying, but I was pleasantly surprised. While it was pretty busy, the staff was prompt to assist me, and Dee, my specialist, was amazing. My trade-in processes were extremely quick, as were the sales. I would much rather visit this location than Indianapolis any day.

Terrible customer service. Employees tell me to wait for someone to sell me a phone, while they stand around not selling me a phone. Do better.
