Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They seem very honest and not at all pushy or trying to strong-arm you into getting them to do the repair work. In fact, the employee that worked with me on my phone issue suggested trying another route that he felt may be less expensive and quicker by getting a replacement. I really appreciated the honesty and insight.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your store. I arrived at 10 o’clock expecting a quick turnaround, but unfortunately, it took about an hour and a half to get my phone fixed. I understand that delays happen, but this was not the timeline I was initially given. The gentleman named John who assisted me was very kind, and I appreciate his help. However, I believe the quality of service may be affected by having only one person working in the store at a time. Additionally, I was surprised when I was asked to provide my ID and passcode to complete the repair. While I understand the need for security, I found this request to be quite invasive, especially without prior explanation. I would appreciate more clarity in the future regarding why such information is necessary. Thank you for taking the time to read this. The guys are good. They won't charge a penny if the problem is not fixed. One thing that made me disappointed was that I didn't hear back, so I had to call two times before I knew what the issue was with my phone. Also, they returned my phone but forgot to battery connector to the mother board. We'll, my phone was not repaired though.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this team (Matthew & Simeoxn)! Went into this location and it was such a treat. They had a service dog in store, helping them with customer appreciation day! During national dog month! 😁 Truly an awesome team that helped with tech issues and I left much happier than before I came in!
