I Never Leave Reviews , Especially Bad Ones But I Dont Know What Else To Do At This Point . I Left My Gaming Laptop On March 1st With Kyle , He Was Very Friendly And Responded When I Called Him At First. But Now I Haven't Heard From Him In A Month , I've Called With No Answer Everytime And I've Went To His Store A Couple Of Times During Open Hours And He's Never There Anymore .

I would definitely recommend working with Kyle at TechSpace. He's super honest, fair and seems to genuinely want to help his customers solve whatever issues they may be having. In my experience he has been responsive and thorough. Gotta love helping a small tech business on top of all of that too!

I had a small hardware issue with my laptop so I called in, they said they weren’t 100% sure if they could fix it. I went in and they proceeded to fix it in 2 minutes and didn’t charge me. Super friendly staff! EDIT* I had to go back a second time for something unrelated to the first issue and Kyle was super friendly and helpful. He was able to order parts quickly and have them arrive promptly as well. The issue was resolved within 24 hours of Kyle receiving my laptop and now everything is working perfectly! 10/10 would recommend TechSpace

I am in Lexington for a week for work. I had some free time so I decided to finally fix my broken iPhone screen. Kyle was awesome. I contacted him via email for a quote. After a couple email exchanges, all my questions were answered. He even pre-assembled the screen before I got there so I wouldn't have to wait long. He was very thorough, explained everything to me. He did sell me a tempered glass screen protector and case (added an extra $30 but well worth it), but I was planning on purchasing one anyway. Very happy with my service and the quality. Highly recommend!
