Staples

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times since it’s right next to Home Depot, but this is definitely the worst Staples location. They’re consistently understaffed so the employees are cranky and service is always ridiculously slow. The facilities also desperately need a deep clean. It feels very neglected.

This place is conveniently located for me, so I come fairly often. This most recent trip was the most rough. This store needs a good deep clean and restock. Customer service was rough, but not horrible. The store just feels neglected.

This store is understaffed and neglected, and the customer service is the worst. I bought a laptop a week ago and was told that transferring info from my old laptop to the new laptop would take several days. No problem, but several days turned into a week, and more days would be needed. No one bothered to call me and fill me in on the delay, which apparently resulted from three employees quitting. I honestly would have been OK with waiting longer, but it would have been nice to get a call informing me of the situation. Today, I called to check in, but was on hold for 10 minutes and gave up. My frustration had boiled over, and I went to the store to get my money back and get my old laptop back. Now I'll be spending money elsewhere.

The staff there is exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a return for Happy Returns and was given information on the other services that Staples offers and ended doing three more things while I was there.

Went in to complete a vendor job that no longer existed, so I looked around a bit. Their Back-to-School sale is pretty competitive! Randy was awesome as well as the rest of the friendly staff.
