I’ve been a customer of RefurbKings for several years. Every product and service provided by them has always been excellent. John is very knowledgeable of technology and is very professional. As well as his staff. I go there for all mine and my family’s technological products and services including phones, iPads, watches, earbuds, laptop computers.. we’ve probably bought a little bit of everything there over the years. My dad is a customer also and speaks very highly about his business. 10/10 recommend.

Referred Kings sold me a pink iPhone 13 for $600 that was tied to AT&T. When I contacted, they said it wasn't paid off, so I lost $600. This firm isn't cool at all; people work hard for these things. Don't recommend them; you'll lose your money!

I had an issue with my ram that I was unable to solve myself. I tried Refurb Kings after being told it would take 10 days to fix my issue from another company in Lexington. Refurb Kings took my computer and fixed it within 40 minutes while providing text updates the whole time. Will be returning when I decide to upgrade anything!
