Do not conduct online business with this company. I purchased a 3090Ti GPU from them. Paid $1600 upfront. Called the day I ordered it and made sure everything was good. I was told by an employee that everything was fine and it was shipping out the next day and they would send me an email with tracking information. That day came and went. I emailed them at the end of the next day with NO response. I tried calling and could not leave a voicemail as the mailbox was full. I then called the next day. Told I would be called back in 20 minutes. No return call. I called them back in 1.5 hours only to be told that they sold their entire stock and there was none left(I already paid for it!!). They have no idea how it happened. The employee tried to refund me and didn't know how. Every person I talked to on the phone did not know how to conduct business as it seems there is a different person responsible for something and there is not much inter-department communication. My experience with this company was not pleasant at all since I was lied to, I had to do all the communication, and they don't even know what is going on in their own company. Avoid my anguish and experience - take your business somewhere else.

You can’t go wrong taking your PC to either get fixed or be built here. The Staff provides outstanding customer service as well as step-by-step help throughout the whole building or repair process. I drive over an hour because They are the best of the best at what they do.

I was greeted, and they showed me the PCs they had available. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to help me get what I needed in a new PC.
