I went to to them to buy a laptop to replace an old broken one. After some negotiating they knocked off a heavy discount from the price and I went home happy. Only to try it out for a bit and see immediately that the trackpad was working right and no software that I could find would fix it. I went back to return it and they charged me a 15% restocking fee despite returning it the next open business day and in the exact condition. Test everything you’re considering from them before you buy anything! After a week they did refund me the full price, check with them if they’ll do the same!

I had tablet that wouldn't charge and no other computer repair shop was willing to attempt a fix, but Device Pitstop told me I could stop by that day. When I brought it in they figured out it was the charger, not the tablet. They didn't even charge me for the diagnosis, in fact they gave me a coupon to use if and when I go back. Cool people

The folks at Device Pitstop are so knowledgeable and very helpful in hooking me up with the electronics I need. I’ve been here several times and walk out with what I need and at so much better than retail prices! Great place to go for selling and buying any type device!

Took my daughters headphones in after calling to see if they could repair them and was told over the phone yes, so drove 45 minutes to get to them. Upon arrival was told they don't repair headphones. The place was chaotic and no real way for them to tell who arrived when so you just get taken care of when you speak up. They have a nice variety of refurbished electronics and accessories available. Not sure if I will return after the incorrect information given over the phone and the long drive.

Took my phone in to get the 3 camera lens fixed with the price being $85. Definitely got a refund for the botched camera lens that they put on my phone. Called phone repair in Lexington downtown and there only charging $50 including labor!!! Definitely recommend that place. They will have the right parts for you and have your phone looking just right. Screw this place :(
