CPR Cell Phone Repair Lexington - Fayette

I crushed my phone with my garage door. I went to CPR to see if it could be fixed. Somehow Joe got it working, but it was time to upgrade my phone anyway. Joe found the same size phone, new, at a great price. Then he patiently set it all up, all the while with a constant steam of customer's. Great job Joe. Thanks again, Carl

I had just baught a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra the best phone ever and dropped the dang thing and cracked my screen. Today I took it to the CPR Store on Tiverton Way in Lexington and got amazing customer service from a man named Nick. I hope to never have to go back but if I do I'm requesting he be the one to repair my phone because I love it all over again. It looks like a brand new out the door phone. Thank you Nick your a shoe in at customer service. I highly recommend everyone go there to get there phone fixed. Thanks again

I literally did my own online research and determined what the problem with this phone was. The website leads you to believe that this is exactly the kind of repair that they do and they have the parts in stock. When I arrived the technician wanted to sell me a $40 cleaning and hemmed and hawed about how it might be the motherboard it might be this it might be that. Take your phone to an independent shop that actually does these things this place does not.
