Screen is grainy/pixelated! Phone is basically ruined. Overheats excessively. Had I known I was paying $317 for a LCD screen which I might add isn’t compatible with my device, I would’ve just made an appointment at the Apple Store which would have costed me $10 more. Complaint has been filed with the BBB!

Went by there today just to see what it would cost to fix my battery in my phone and was blown away with the great price and speed of service. James was very professional and had my phone fixed in no time! Thanks so much, James!! You’re great at your job!!

Went in to look for a used phone and the guy said he doesn’t like Desi Indian people. Was not helpful and disrespectful.

It’s required I leave 1 star. This was the worst experience in a phone store that I have ever had in my life. I called this store earlier and asked what I could buy my phones for, and was told a very reasonable price. I went to the store and tried to make the sale and was told that he was out for a short break he would back IN 5 MINUTES, not a big deal. I waited for almost 45 minutes for him to return to take other people and wait on them that arrived after he came back in, twice all the while bouncing back and fourth with me about my phones. Pros: ……… Cons: Lack of respect toward there customer.

I came in here to get my iPhone 12 screen replaced. The owner was very knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done. He told me the phone should be ready in an hour, and it sure was. As I picked up my phone, the phone was in mint condition, and looked brand new. Great quality and price and friendly place. Would highly recommend.
