Jalen was awesome. He didn’t make me feel pressured about buying anything just asked me what I was interested in and helped me make a choice. I will definitely be going back!

My friend and I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Apple Store. My friend was looking to buy an iPhone and had some questions about refinancing carrier plans. A staff member approached us and told us to wait while someone would assist us shortly. We patiently waited for over half an hour—and during that time, staff members attended to everyone who came in after us, but completely ignored us. When we checked in with staff again, they just told us to keep waiting. After another 15 minutes with no progress, we decided to leave. The lack of customer service and respect for our time was truly disappointing. This was not the level of service I expect from an Apple Store, and I won’t be returning.

I recently visited Apple Fritz Farm in Lexington to trade in and recycle some old devices and purchase a new one. The service I received was exceptional. The woman who assisted me with the trade-in was fantastic, even though I can't recall her name. Mya took over when it came to purchasing my new device, and she was simply incredible. She was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and helped with everything I needed. A big shoutout to the staff here for their outstanding customer service. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!

Sold me a brand new 16 pro max with bad software on Dec 28th, today was first day I could get back due to the two bad ice storms and living 2 hours away. Even though they confirmed the software was bugged and reset it at the store, they then said I’m a day past the 15 day return window. Keep in mind the main customer service line of Apple didn’t tell me this, and said today would be my last day to return it before I even left home and devoted several hours of my time and gas money to coming to return a phone that never worked. Zero sympathy that they sold me a $1300 brick just over two weeks ago. I’m new to apple, after this I’m considering switching back to android. If I stay with Apple I’ll be driving the extra hour to Cincinnati. Avoid this store, if you have no other option then don’t let them throw you out the doors until your device works.

I was first saw by the associate that helped me the first time. I told her about the problem that the other associate didn’t transfer receipts as she said she would for my screen protector. I bought one then a couple weeks later was talking into upgrade because of Apple support on problems. Still have signal problem, because of bad coverage area. She had told a supervisor of the issue I had, and had gotten the problem resolved. Thanks so much for helping!
