Went to go get my back glass, charging port, and battery fixed. They did it all wonderfully and everything’s fixed. But when I got my phone back it had no SIM card, my debit card was removed, they turned on stolen device protection and they removed my Face ID!! Now I can’t get my Face ID to work now!! It was a fair price, about $200 for all of it, I will not be bringing my phone back up there anytime soon.

Warning shyster.. tries to charge me $20 for 4 tubes of thermal paste, when I advised I didn't want that many this crook charged me $17 for two tubes. Guess I hurt his feeling because I complained about his jacked up prices. I've been in IT for over 20 years and I recognize these type of people. Beware, go somewhere else where you wont get robbed at the cash register.

I went in to price an hdmi port replacement for my series x. He literally told me he over priced so he don’t have to mess with it. He’s the only place local so I ask, well what will it cost me… $250!?!? Half the price of a new console to replace an hdmi port. Literally lost my business anytime I need service. Still need this done and some pc work but I refuse to give them any of my money now.

It’s sad ! I went in to get an estimate on repairing my notebook. TSA had damaged the screen. I waited in line when the owner got to me. Told him the TSA story gave him my business card. I told him I needed an emailed quote for TSA. He said done that I should have it next day. Next day no quote, so I call. He answers the phone and tells me that I’m next in line that he’s been busy. Next day no quote, I call and he tells me that I should have it by Friday. Friday no quote. I’ll call Monday and talk to a nice lady who proceeds to place me on hold and give me a verbal quote. I explain my situation and she says “oh he a hat he’s $65 for emailed quotes. I explained to her I’ve spoken to him 4 x and he never said anything about that. Father just the opposite- that the quote is coming. So this was this past Monday and I asked for him to please call me when she informed me he wouldn’t be back in the office until Thursday. Well guess what ? It’s Friday and still no call. What a shame

Bought phone here last year, good service on phone and store. Bought new phone 9-11-18, no service. Took half day off of work 3 days later, costing me $150, returned to store. Still no service. Returned to store again on 9-18-18, again another half day of work lost, another $150. Now I'm in phone for over $500 and still no service. Employee did say he would change out phone, but 10 minutes later he was still just moving his lips, and told me to get out of his store. Be very careful of these people.
