Went in there because my teenager broke his phone, i honestly wasn’t very hopeful and was also looking at other phones to buy from them. Brandy was absolutely amazing she showed me the phones then told me my best bet would just to repair the one we had. I went that route and they had it done in hours, I was shocked at how fast it was. The phone is basically a brand new phone and I saved a lot of money going that route. I was blown away by how sweet, fast and affordable they were. They have definitely gained a customer for life 😊

0/10 would not recommend. Sold me a phone that has not worked correctly since day 1. They don’t open till 10am lmfao so if your an early bird and need your stuff fixed asap, don’t rely on them. This phone bought from them has had Multiple issues, the screen raises up and down and is spongey, fixed it once, problem remained, and they would not warranty the second time due to an alleged crack, (which I had later proven as a scratch per my argument) in the screen. An employee told me they wouldn’t have sold it to me that way, well bud if it’s thats the case maybe your employees should do a little digging on these stupid phones instead of worrying bout making a sale. Regardless because they are such a headache to deal with I will not be back. I paid close to 300 dollars for a 6 year old phone. I expected better but I guess not. Going off the other reviews I ain’t the only one and it seems whoever makes a review gets a pissy reply lol so I won’t be back to this company nor will I buy anything else they are selling. They sold me a 6 year old phone for 300 dollars that can barely work fast enough to make a damn phone call. It’s trash. Absolutely pathetic the phone is.i won’t be back under any circumstances so need for a smartass reply.

I had a good experience with gadget patchers the first time I purchased a phone from them so I keep going back. Recently I had them replace a screen in my old phone so I could give it to my 11 year old. It turned out perfect and they did it as soon as I dropped it off and it was done in no time!!! They have yet to disappoint me… I will continue to use them anytime I’m able

Had battery replaced. No longer have to charge every 2 hrs. Everything was great except for a sticker placed on back of phone which I couldn’t get all off and phone needed cleaning due to excess glue or whatever it was on screen. Phone dropped off and picked back up in 1 hr.

I went in with the iPhone 13 that was completely destroyed by a mower, and they went above and beyond to to try to save anything out of my phone! They were able to put my motherboard in another shell, and it worked saved me so much money! They were so friendly and helpful I would recommend them to everyone
