Um no . I had 3 different people tell me different prices. Then they charge me 100 dollars for a charging port fix . 6 dollar part ! Not even a a 10 minute fix ???? AND waited almost 2 weeks. My computer has nicks and scraps all over it and they didn't even clean it up. What did I pay 100 dollars for ????

Quick, if not the best, service. I went for a phone screen replacement, and they ordered the screen and had it replaced the next day. Unfortunately, the screen had a manufacturing defect; not their fault, and they offered to replace it. From there, things went downhill. I got my screen replaced and yet it still has the same manufacturing defect because they replaced it with the second screen from the original order (that they first told they had when I told them about my defect, then another employee couldn't find it so "it didnt exist", made me a wait a day, and then miraculous found totally independent of my situation). They had ordered a new screen from a different manufacturer (nice of them) but then didn't use it when they "found" the original one before their daily shipment arrived with the new screen. But because the screen they found had nothing to do with me or my defective screen according to them, despite my vocal complaints, my phone still has that defect. Which for some reason they didn't check for when I picked my phone back up for the second time. I felt that I was continually ignored by being spoken over or bland plantitudes; they would argue I didn't understand the situation and told me as such to my face. Yet my phone still isn't fixed. Eventually they just refunded my original amount, which I'll just have to use to get my phone fixed some place else. The outcome I would have preferred would have been a conversation and a fixed phone, I suspect they felt I was being as obstinate as I felt they were. I do appreciate the mangers willingness to stand up for his employees, a rare trait even at my own expense. Also, like I said, the service was quick. They fixed my phone in a day and then gave me a refund even though I didn't ask for it to just get rid of me. I can appreciate that deciveness. 3 of 5.

I brought in my phone after shattering the back glass. Once they ordered the new part, they completed the repair in only a couple hours! Service was prompt, the price was very reasonable and my phone works better than before now. Thanks guys!

Efficient and professional. They did a great job building my PC when my arthritis kept me from building it myself. The did great on the cable management!

If I could rate ZERO STARS I would. My husband took his phone to them to have JUST THE SCREEN REPLACED and they ended up making the phone worse. I’m not sure how replacing the screen would mess up the charger port but I know I’ll NEVER recommend them to anyone because now we have lost ALL photos he had of our son and everything he had on there for work. 0/10 don’t recommend AVie Pros. Sorry not sorry.
