I had an exceptional experience this morning at Staples! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The girls were incredibly friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly. It is rare to find such a high level of service these days. I really appreciated the attention to detail and care they took to make my experience enjoyable. I will definitely come back and recommend you to others.thanks so much !

Rude girl behind the printer… pink hair. Not friendly. From the reviews she’s been commented on more than once….Tall man w dark hair behind the printing area. Very helpful!

Very disappointed in the level of professionalism & lack of customer service this morning at Staples. I was in line to get some copies made since the self service copier was out of order with 3 people in front of me. There was 1 person taking care of Amazon returns, pictures, copies, etc. She apparently was having a bad day. She was asking people in the line what they needed and asked me. I said I just needed a couple of copies and I got a look and an eye roll. One of the most disrespectful things you can do to another person is roll your eyes at them. I left the store.

Shout out to Ray in the printing & laminating service. His professionalism and kindess was greatly appreciated and made for a great experience in the store. Will recommend Staples for any future printing/laminating needs.

Lady at Amazon return counter had a very unpleasant disposition. Store was moderately clean and organized. Restrooms were not particularly well maintained.
