The place is awesome. Friendly, fast, to the point. Free info and knowledge about things as well as advice for the future, depending on your situation. Availability is great, pricing is great, service is great. As a computer enthusiast and heavy critic on small owned business, this is the place to go. Will be returning for any future needs beyond my capabilities.

Fast friendly service. Laptop fixed right up in under 2 days. Glad I found them on Google. I'd definitely rather help out the local guy vs. the big chain. I don't know what the repair would cost elsewhere but I felt I was charged a reasonable price. Will recommend to others.

Travis at PC Repair Shack had my PC up and running within just a couple of hours. What blew my mind was the price. TLDR; Travis was quick and efficient and the prices are fair. Travis was quick and communicated clearly with me. I did IT for approx 10 years, however with my PC not posting OS or getting past BIOS this was a problem I needed further equipment I didn't have to fix. I know exactly where I'm recommending any friends or family.
