uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I cleared a paper jam on my Epson Tank Printer, but it stopped feeding. I brought it to uBreakiFix and Bailey did a great job of fixing it while I waited and gave me tips on how to prevent the issue in the future. Great Staff, Reasonably Priced. I highly recommend.

Poor experience. They had my daughter’s phone for two days. No updates were given, unless I called them. I called 4 times in 2 days and after they had to figure out who I was and what phone we brought the only answer I would get was that they were looking into it. After my daughter went to their store, at their request they told her to come back later. She went back later and was told “it will definitely be done before closing.” 30 minutes before their close, with no phone call or update, we went to the store to be told it still wasn’t ready and that they were getting ready to work on it. We waited in store until after they closed to finally get the phone with a new battery. Get home and the volume buttons don’t work and ringer will not turn on/off. So I will be calling the store tomorrow.

Brought my ps5 in played it 2 hours before going into store on Dec 30 2024 worked fine but would lose picture so ik it needed a hdmi port but BAILEY thought otherwise and said it was the hdmi encoder which is rare and impossible to fix w 100s of micro soldering points but he was sure he could fast forward now I have a useless ps5 Jan 17th 2025 they have had almost a month a lot more than just 500 bucks into this system I’ve had for almost 3 years and had a lot of money into I hope to hear from this company about replacing my ps5 and transferring the hard drive will never go here again when bro was musty I shoulda known. Lesson learned do not go here w ur ps5 never left a review in 26 years of life till td pray for my ps5 (edit i was never told the deposit was non refundable until I saw the paper which at that time he already took the money I’ve put in an escalations ticket and a damage claim nobody has contacted me . 2nd edit had it looked at by someone else Bailey had a wire laying over pins and it fried the pins on the ps have all the proof get me a new ps asap ur employee without a doubt left my ps like that and never told me furious ready to go get a lawyer went from having a ps5 that worked fine just had minor hdmi damage to the picture u see now fried motherboard useless hundreds of dollars and my time gone this will be addressed

I added an app to my phone the other day, and in the process it moved other apps and made changes to my phone. I stopped today at this business and they quickly diagnosed the problem and reset the phone. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They also did not charge for helping me out.
