Service was fast, friendly. In and out. Store pickup no issues. Amazon returns area are fast and friendly. Very easy. Not busy. Very large store and large parking area. Next to restaurants and other businesses. Got the job done.

Our small business was in a bit of a bind a few weeks ago and needed some complicated print jobs done on fairly short notice. We couldn't quite get what we needed from Staples' website so I needed to go into the store. When I arrived, they were very busy and possibly having some staffing issues. Even though she appeared to be slammed, Mary took the time to understand our order, asking questions for clarification and made sure the order was executed properly. She was great to work with and went above and beyond to make our order a priority. I really appreciate her and her staff's help and the excellent customer service that was demonstrated during my visit.

As with every store in Elizabethtown, this Staples is too small to adequately serve the needs of the area. This store has virtually no competition in the office supply market—Best Buy is too small and their computer & printer selection is laughable while Sam's is too small and requires membership—so nearly everyone in Hardin County and the adjacent 8 counties must come here or go to Louisville. The associates do remarkably well despite inadequate corporate planning.

For this visit, I went to purchase specialty paper in order to make a graduation diploma. I do use the staples quite a bit. I also have returned things to Amazon from this particular Staples. It is a good location. Australia
