I had an issue with my custom built pc that I couldn’t diagnose at home. He did a free diagnostic the minute I walked in, and it turned out to just be as simple as a bad power cable, and he gave me a replacement cable for free. Would definitely recommend and I will be bringing my pc here again if I ever have any serious issues with it. Good people.

My son and I took two laptops to be repaired. We also asked advice on a new purchase for my son. Matthias made our questions seem logical and reasonable. He answered with both knowledge and patience. He made recommendations that I felt confident following. When it came to my son's purchase, Matthias researched a new (to him) product with enthusiasm and made recommendations for RAM, storage, etc. Matthias made my son feel so comfortable that he's going to ask Matthias to help him set up his new laptop on arrival. I had an issue with my computer display and was referred to CS&I by the tech bar at NKU. Showed up without an appointment and was immediately helped. Matthew was understanding, patient, personable, and reassuring. Combine that with the fair price for repairs and I knew I was putting my computer in the right hands. Within two days I had my laptop working in perfect order and was out the door. Matthew even cleaned my fans and motherboard free of charge. It didn’t make me feel like I was at a business.
