I thought I found a great deal with this refurbished Dell Desktop, but as I take it out of the box it rattles, I opened it and it was the motherboard, maybe I could have fixed it but I thought maybe not. Also the unit could have been wiped before shipping, the case was scratched and dirty. Do better Blair Tech if you want to keep your job! Ended up with a nice refurbished Dell same specifications via Best Buy. I always like to give small business a chance.

Just got a Blair Dell 7300 laptop. It came packed in an innovative, very protective air-filled plastic container. Everything works fine. I don't like this slide down to shut off feature because it wasted my time, but if I hit shut off twice, it all goes away and everything is fine. The laptop is great, and Blair sent 3 almost immediate emails quickly answering my tech questions and sending me info and guidance. Blair people actually help you. Some complainers admit they didn't follow procedures. Others are from years ago. I found Blair to be outstanding.

In 2020 I was a senior in High School and didn’t know a lot about computers. I wanted a computer to play GTA RP and asked my dad to buy one of the Blair Tech gaming PC’s ( it was the one with the rainbow RGB strip going down the middle of the case ) I ended up getting it for Christmas and I tried to run low demand games and I was getting low fps , I’m talking about like 1-10 fps , I even changed the setting , put them on low and everything. It didn’t come with a graphics card either so I ordered one and was still dealing with the same issues. Don’t let these people at Blair Tech fool yall with the RGB lights , their gaming PC’s are normal Dell OptiPlex’s thrown in a case with RGB. Don’t get me wrong it’s a good pc for everyday office work and good if u don’t want that standard box pc look but for gaming “ NO “ stay away from these for gaming. And a side note , the pcs I have is bought from the listing on Walmart.com so stay away from it !!!

Blairtech is amongst the best companies for sourcing computers hands down! Customer Service is top notch! Very polite and professional! These folks go the extra mile and made sure that I had a great shopping experience. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is a great price, very fast and in excellent condition running Windows 11 professional! This was my second purchase from Blairtech! I bought a HP desktop from them 14 years ago and it still works well. I highly recommend this company. Wishing you guys continued success! Paul

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Blair Tech after purchasing a refurbished Thinkpad laptop advertised as being in "Like New Excellent Condition." Unfortunately, the product I received was far from what was promised. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. Defective Backlit Keyboard: Only a few keys (7, 8, U, K, and M) lit up, while the rest remained dark. 2. False Advertising: The laptop was advertised as having a touchscreen, but the model I received was not a touchscreen. 3. Worn-out Trackpad and Keys: The trackpad and several keys showed significant wear and tear. 4. Exterior Scuffs: Noticeable scuffs were present on the exterior casing. 5. Suspicious Software: The laptop came with pre-installed software, including questionable apps like ManyCam, raising serious security concerns. Despite these significant issues, the company's response was insufficient. I had to insist on a full refund, as their policies were misleading. Their product listing page advertised free returns, but their seller page stated a $15 return shipping fee for items with free shipping. This inconsistency is misleading and should be addressed. I am baffled as to how such a product could pass quality assurance checks. This isn't the way to run a sustainable business. Misleading customers and delivering products that do not meet advertised standards will ultimately harm your reputation and customer base. This experience has been a significant waste of my time and effort.
