Highly recommend. I have used their service twice now. Once for repair on my laptop and once for the screen replacement on my phone. Both times I shopped the price. They were half the price of everyone else for the laptop and slightly lower than others for the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable, very fast too. I had my laptop back the next day working like brand new and I had my phone back within a about an hour.

My husband brought our laptop in, thinking the entire touch screen was going to have to be replaced (~$500). After 20 minutes of taking the computer apart, staff at NKY Computer Repair was able to fix it at an AMAZING COST. They went above and beyond to recommend other software and practices to keep our laptop functioning. We'll be returning to them for ALL of our computer needs!

I've used Eric at NKY Computer Repair for both my personal and business computers since they first opened in their Newport location, and then followed them out to Alexandria even though it's twice the drive. He has always provided fast quality service at a price point that's hard to beat.

Don't trust!!!! Paid $60 to recover my hard drive, which they failed to do and still charged me. Took it to another store and was able to recover all my files with no problems. They stole 60 hard working dollars from me, don't trust them! Scam Artist!
