Do not use Roy!!! I read the reviews and thought he would be fine. He was doing a case swap and putting in a new cpu cooler for me. I had to help him identify how to put it together and then he jammed one of the cords into the motherboard, breaking the pins. He asked me for partial payment (of course I said no!!) to get lunch, left, came back, and could not fix his error. Said he’d come back but never updated me on a time. Had another local company (drivecycle) fix his errors. This is how he left my pc… please go with anyone else to save you the hassle. Roy, you owe me a new motherboard!!!

Roy was able to get my desk top up and going, However communication in punctuality was lacking! Also in a business dealing with customers make sure that you stand on your word! I did have to take my computer in to have the memory storage changed to what I originally had in my computer for more memory, and my photos and other documents added,that he was supposed to have come back to do! I never heard anything back from Roy! That’s bad business .

Roy was very quick responding when I called needing my computer checked for a virus. He was fast, knowledgeable, and patient as he answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing help.

I did not want to hurt this poor fellow, but at the same time, I wanted to save other people from danger. That's why I am posting this review. This fellow does not know much about desktop computers and is very unorganized. He does not remember which part goes where once he takes out parts from your computer. He almost destroyed my workstation. He does not charge much, so if you do not have any serious machine you can go there. Otherwise, be very very careful.
