There are a bunch of persistent fellas working in this store. My issue was very complicated and it took some time (like a couple of weeks) but they didn’t give up. They called with options and instructions and they eventually got me back into my phone. Thank you!! I appreciate your hard work!

Very bad experience here. I brought my laptop that’s shut down randomly to be fixed. First the just try to up sell you on there subscription to lower service costs. After that it took much longer than they said and the date kept getting pushed back. When I picked it up the device still did not work and most of the screws were missing from the back of the laptop. After bringing it back in, I was told that it didn’t have screws when I brought it in (it definitely did) but that they would take it back. After a couple more instances of picking it up and not working they sent it to a repair center where finally I was told that it was broken (2 months later). Overall not super happy with the service or repairs.

Incredibly fast service! I went in on a busy Saturday morning to repair a IPhone 11 screen. I was told it would be finished in 2-3 hours but was completed within one! The service was excellent and thoughtful!
