Very helpful, fixed my laptop within a few hours after dropping it off. Had a question the next day on a different matter. Brought my laptop in and the staff member Michael explained things very well. Called back with questions and he was quite helpful. I had not been in the store for a couple of years and it's good to see that the N. Rock Rd. location made some improvements with the interior to make it look more welcoming.
