William called me at 5pm Monday, I needed a 12 year old computer updated from windows 10 to 11. I arrived at his office at 9am Tuesday, dropped computer off. William called me at 11:30 having finished the up date. I come home booted pc up and worked sizing and color correcting photos the next 6 hours. William advised me if I had any problems in the future with the pc that it was under warranty. I am completely satisfied with Williams work and attitude. I checked my email when arriving home and William had emailed my work order. William seems to be interested in providing affordable quick service. Will return for needed services and parts in the future.

William is amazing . We use his sevices on a Variety of electronics. Top quality fast service done correctly. He has worked on Game systems , computers, security systems. Almost anything that plugs in and has any kind of computer board running it he can't take care of it. Great customer service and very good pricing. We will continue to use his service ! William is terrific. I can't recommend him enough. He's personal he focuses he's good at what he does. He led me through what I needed to do and made my day. I had brought in my pc when I had no idea what was going on with it I lived 2 hours away was just in town for family event dropped it off told him the situation he said he would figure it out asap and within 1 hour or less he told me my pc was fried I was devastated but he had a alternative I could grab the pc he had in his shop I was scared of price but it wasn't a bad price whatsoever if you want things done right and you don't wanna be screwed over with over charges or high prices come here !!! I can't stress that unough he will figure out any problem you have and he will give you a fair price !!
