Geek Squad came through! They checked out my 1.5 year old laptop which had some unusual fan rattling...and their opening the back and blowing air to get rid of the dust...did it. Machine is back to purring and doing heavy-duty things! Great customer service! Thanks!

I don’t understand how I could make an appointment a week in advance and I get to my appointment and they say I have to leave my phone over night because they don’t have time to do it today and that I can pick up my phone tomorrow. What was the point of the appointment then? I made a trip for no reason at all what so ever. I live hours away and just wasted my time and gas. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Best But/Geek Squad!

Don't waste your time with geek squad. I had nothing but a positive experience with best buy until I had geek squad look at my laptop from best buy within the 1 year manufacturer warranty. They looked for any reason to deny the warranty. I will not buy any more electronic items here. Best buy didn't honor the warranty and ultimately lost my business over it.

My daughter bought a $600 HP laptop from best buy, and had an issue with the charging port after owning it for only 1 month. She took it in to geek squad to see if there was anything to do to fix it. The tech looked at it and claimed it was the motherboard. He told her that it would be cheaper to just buy another laptop. I bought a new charging port off of ebay for $30, and fixed it myself. Will never consider using geek squad for anything I own....ever!!
