Jay is without a doubt the best phone repair service in the immediate Wichita area! He has fixed my phone twice and both times he was able to fix them in less than 30 minutes. He is not only extremely knowledgeable about phones but is very reasonably priced. ALSO, he works on your phone out in the open so you can see what he is doing and you don't have to worry about it disappearing into the back of the shop where you dont know what all is being done to it. Recently I had to get a knew phone but couldn't transfer everything from my old phone because parts of the screen were not functioning anymore and Jay was willing to temporarily install a new screen on my phone to allow me to do the transfer right there in the store and then put my old screen back on and refused any payment of any kind!!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!
