Do not waste your time or money at Sumner communications! We moved down here to Wellington almost 3 years ago and got their internet and cable. I was shocked at their high prices and horrible internet. It stops working nightly when kids are gaming. It is SO SLOW! They do not offer fiber optic. It's terrible! Also the office staff is very rude! Not willing to help. So do yourself a big favor and get services elsewhere.

My internet was out and I called it in. The techs were here within 10 minutes and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The guys were very nice and explained the problem and what they did to fix it. First issue I've had with my internet since having it for nearly 2 years. Would recommend!

Worst internet ever. I'll give them this. They got decent speed. But I'd rather have internet that's constantly stable and not constantly going in and out. Also what's with my Xbox not being able to connect up? It works fine at my friends house and he doesn't have USA Communications.

This a total scam. The value presented during the sales process is not what you get when your small business is finally on the wholesale platform. All you get is just a bunch of useless and generic wholesale requests (possibly generated in house) to create the illusion of demand. Do not buy their services. Further, at the beginning I was told that I can get a refund if the provided service is not what is claimed, but the same salesman denied his own words and refused to issue a refund which is a confirmation of their desperation to hook customers in at any cost and never give them back their money even though I demanded a refund less that one week after I paid. Further, I filed a detailed complaint with the BBB but the company created more false statements to avoid the refund. Stay away and keep your hard earned money.
