Such a great experience with TopCity Tech! Our 2nd or 3rd time and we can't imagine using anyone else. This time they used remote access for our particular issue and it saved us so much grief. They are also very reasonable and reliable. They could get a 10 if the stars went that high. We highly recommend.

Took my pc in to have windows installed on it and not only did they do that but they also cleaned my glass cover and fixed a couple small bends on the case. Very respectful guys working in the store as well. 10/10 experience

I tried to install a part in my gaming PC a professional should have installed and ended up damaging it. Top City was close so I went in to see if they could fix it. My second problem was it is a very large, heavy gaming rig and I have a bad back. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do pick up and bring back for a fee. After bringing it back I still had problems, being under their warranty, that came right back out, repaired and brought it back on the same day. Amazing in my book. Very professional, very knowledgeable, happily answering all my questions. A+++ rating from me.

The Top in Top City Tech is very clearly only a Topeka reference and has nothing to do with their integrity, value, or business acumen. I took in my laptop for a repair that was slightly more fiddly than I wanted to get into. I was told 5-7 business days. After 14 full days I decided to reach out for an update. After 4 phone calls with no answer, I got a call stating it would be done another 4 business days later. Finally got notified it was finished. Went in to pick it up, paid their exorbitant labor fee, got home and didn't have a chance to fully check things out. The next morning however, I plug in my laptop and start it up to be greeted by a lovely message saying I had the wrong AC adapter for my laptop. Continue through, the repair was successful. I've called a few times to no answer and left a voicemail, hoping to get the correct charger back (it's $90 for a replacement) and not a heard a single word. 0/5 overall experience and cannot discourage this business enough.
