Very pleased with the experience. The employees very clearly and honestly explained the costs and limitations of the various repair options. The chosen repair was very affordable and was completed in less than 2 hours. I believe this is a chain company so I can’t speak to other locations - but I definitely recommend the Topeka shop.

I did not buy any services here, but the guy at the counter was super helpful in exploring options for my phone issue. The repair would have cost $120, and upon seeing my hesitation on going forward with it, he recommended checking the warranty on my phone to see if I might be able to get it taken care of for free. He also showed me a great resource for refurbished phones for way less than getting a new phone.

We have used CPR in Topeka twice now. The first time was for a cracked screen in our granddaughter’s phone. The second was for my phone. The internal ear piece had quit working and I could only use my phone by putting calls on speaker (not always convenient in public). Kaylor was exceptionally helpful and courteous both times. My phone works beautifully now and the speaker is actually better than when I bought the phone. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

My son shoved 4 cards into my husband's Xbox X series. These guys were so nice and got them all out super quickly without any damage. I received great service at a reasonable price. We will definitely be going here for any foreseeable problems with our tech.

Used them for 8 phone repairs over the last 2 years. All under insurance claims. This time they replaced my screen and didn’t let the glue finish curing or drying whatever and the back separated. I called and texted yet none one is interested in responding and my phone has sense stopped working so eI have to pay insurance to replace the phone! It’s a S22 ultra. Till this incident I had no issues t will never return till they make this right. Update it’s been a few months and they refuse to talk to me. I use to send everyone here when I worked at T-mobile and now I think I’ll work towards opening my own repair shop and compete to knock them out of business!
