Great customer service! When we got StreamIt service the tech was the greatest! I was worried I was taking to much time but he assured me he wanted it all set up and for us to know how to work it so we would be happy! Have had some trouble with Stream It but that really has nothing to do with GBT! I have messaged them on the weekend not expecting an answer but got one within an hour! Thanks GBT

We signed up for internet and fax. Came home to pictures and cork boards in 2 rooms knocked off and several things not put back. Called and was told the installer "had a bad day". Hmmm? Then we signed up and was told one month free. Well we get the bill and it charges us a full month for half a month and they tell me its difficult to bill half months? Hmmm?
