I took a PS5 in for a cleaning for my nephew. They said I need to spend nearly $200 to replace the power supply; had me sign up for a monthly subscription for a discount, and when I got the console a week and a half later it wasn't even cleaned. And on top of all that the expansion slot wasn't screwed in so there was a screw just loose in the machine rattling. Disappointment comes from the fact it was a simple request and it was made tediously difficult

Josh was there to help me out with my daughter's ipad she had broke her charger inside the charging slot. He was so quick with taking the broken piece out... I was completely taken away by the service, timeliness and quality of work. I am sure no one else would have done it so quick. I will highly recommend them! Thank you!

Absolutely nothing good to say about this location. Dropped off my daughter's phone to have her screen replaced. They could not get it get the phone to run tests and the manager had no patience whatsoever for me to get the parental block taken care of while I was in the middle getting it unblocked(didn't realize it was still active when it was dropped off) Then when we went to pick up the still broken phone, it was returned to us with the power button only working some times. Learn some customer service, and some patience.

Alex was amazing at his work. I had issue with charging. He cleaned the port which fixed the charging problem. He was very quick. I would recommend everyone who have issues with there electronic devices.

Michael was very professional. With work ahead of our phone, I understood he may not have been able to replace a screen the same day, but he pulled it off and was so extremely helpful! Highly recommend and if we have another broken device, we will definitely be going back! Words can't describe how appreciative we are for the timely repair, knowledge, patience and communication!
