We required data backup and factory reset. Ordinarily a simple process for the technical savvy of which we are not. As a T-Mobile customer across the way, the wait was over 2 hours. We inquired at Quick Mobile Repair, a new and welcoming shop. We were greeted by Michael M who immediately recognized our need and expressed his kind willingness to help. Even though we wouldn't have been charged by T-Mobile, I doubt we would have received anywhere near the sincere attention Michael M provided. The reasonable cost and Michael M's patience was greatly appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend Quick Mobile Repair as your go to shop for all your mobile device needs.

Such great and efficient service. Tried getting into a big box retailer and an Apple store to repair my battery but the earliest appt. was 3 days later. Micheal at Quick Repair took care of me right away. He gave my phone the exact same diagnosis I got from the big box tech. The repair cost was the same as I would have paid at the other two options but I got it back in less than twenty minutes.

I took my phone to them because the microphone wasn't working. They order a part. Installed it but it didn't fix my problem After the technician worked for some time trying to fix it, he decided I just needed a new phone. He then refunded my money for the part and installation. I am very please with the service I received and would go back and recommend them highly.

AVOID!! They had to order my screen replacement and was told 3-7 days and they would call. And I had to pay half. Well 10 days I went in to check, no screen, 20 days and no call, I stopped again. Yes the screen was there. I asked for a discount for the wait, the guy behind the counter said he "wasn't from there" and only the manager could do that. He could take my money but not give me a discount. I asked for the manager to call me.. waiting yet again. AVOID THIS PLACE!
