I drove all the way from Wichita to get the Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, which has been backordered and targeted by scalpers everywhere. I have to commend Micro Center for their proactive efforts to discourage scalpers and ensure that PC builders like myself can access the parts we need at fair prices. Walking in and receiving exceptional customer service made the experience even better. I was able to buy the processor at MSRP, which is a rarity these days. Despite being a brick-and-mortar store, Micro Center consistently offers highly competitive pricing and an unbeatable selection of tech products. If you’re building or upgrading your PC, or just need tech essentials, I highly recommend checking out this store first. It’s well worth the trip!

The best there is. Needed a performance laptop. Knew where to go (here), was not disappointed. Well worth my hour drive. Helpful and friendly staff. If I ever get into 3d printing I'll come back here for that, I was impressed how many models they had working.

I had an extremely great experience here. I have been in and out of micro center many times and always good experience someone will ask if I need help yes or no and I go about my business. This time I came in to buy a Mac mini a very large buy for me and wanted more information Adrian Symes gave me great information and explained everything very well without being pushy to buy the biggest or most expensive thing. To top it all off the manager Matthew Wallace was good enough to come over and introduce himself and give me a 5% military discount. I have done business here and other places but now I will do it all here from now on great customer service and good prices

I typically enjoy shopping at MicroCenter. The store layout is excellent, and the prices are generally reasonable—sometimes they match online rates, and sometimes they don’t. However, I have grown increasingly frustrated with the checkout process. The wait times for a cashier can be excessive, and once I finally get to the register, I am asked for personal information that I prefer not to share. During my most recent visit, I paid with my debit card and used my PIN, only to be told that my first and last name were also required—for a modest $55 purchase. That was the final straw. I canceled the order and left the store. I find it puzzling that there isn't a simpler system for smaller purchases—such as allowing sales associates on the floor to handle checkout, with perhaps only a brief verification of receipts at the door. A more streamlined approach would make the experience much more pleasant and efficient.

The gentleman who runs the show tends to come out and introduce himself any time someone blows the year's lunch money on toys for adult men. Everyone is really cool.. But I've really been won over. I will instantly buy that man a beer anywhere on sight. And that's a good chap to have in the wheelhouse. I think likable trickles down. We got a choice from two in this town folks. I've experience with both. I imagine its hands down with you if you think about it.. But buy a thumb drive from BB occasionally, else this place will get drunk with power and itll spoil it. *grins*
