I had an issue with my charge plug not connecting properly to the phone to allow for charging. I took the phone in and the service tech evaluated and cleaned the charge port. This apparently was all it needed because it then connected and charged fine. The tech also showed me how to look up my battery stats on my phone to see the overall health of the battery. All looked fine. It was very helpful and I offered to pay, but the tech refused and asked that I simply leave a good review. I was happy to comply and would recommend CPR Home Repair to anyone needing ti have their phone serviced.

The staff at CPR were very professional and courteous. I brought my damaged phone in on Tuesday received an estimate which I accepted. The part was ordered and arrived on Friday the same week. I brought my phone in the day the parts arrived after an email notification. The repair was completed within one and a half hours. Definitely excellent and timely service at reasonable cost.

I've been coming to this place for a while because they're always so honest and trustworthy. Today, I had an issue with my computer not charging and wasn't sure if the problem was the port or the charger. John took a look, identified that it was just the charger, and even directed me on where to find a replacement. I really appreciate how helpful he was and, most importantly, how honest. They didn't even charge me or try to upsell anything. It's rare to find service like this, and I’m grateful for it!

Happy with the expedited repair, and the finished product. Zac was courteous and his expertise was top notch. Just wish it was more affordable to replace the screen. Cost me 275.00 to replace screen on 500.00 phone. Overall, satisfied with CPR.
