These guys are the best. I sent my iPod Classic and a old Nano in for diagnosis, hard drive and batteries. Their tech gave me a call and said he couldn't find anything wrong with the classic and extensive testing, stuck in a new battery and refunded my prepayment for a new hard drive. GREAT customer service. Great communication. Midwestern company with great work ethic.

My MacBook decided to shut off one day, and I had brought it to Apple to get the battery replaced to be told it was a vintage model (2017) and they don’t make my particular battery anymore! I didn’t have the funds for a brand new laptop either, especially when all the diagnostic came back good except for my battery! Panicked (as I move abroad in 2 weeks permanently, and I’m located in Central Florida), I called locally to my area and got recommended to iResQ! I called and spoke to a rep who went above and beyond, not only did she completely understand that I was moving soon, but lead me through the process of how to purchase the battery online needed for my replacement, and also double checked to confirm it was the correct laptop and that they had my battery! Same day I purchased the battery, and sent out next day! They emailed me when my laptop was received (5/21/24) and when fixed and sent back out to me in Florida (5/22/24)!! I received my laptop today(5/24/24) and she’s back working perfectly, and they gave my laptop such a good clean! Never seen my laptop this clean in YEARS!! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you!!

From my first contact on the phone through online status and final delivery of my Macbook Air, this was the most pleasant computer repair experience imaginable. I shopped virtually every possible local and online option before sending my system in to iResQ. Since I opted for overnight shipping, I was without my system for less than three days. While I hope to never need to use your service again, I know that if any of my many Apple products need repair, I don't need to look any place other than you. Was very happy with my repair from iResQ, I broke the screen on my MacBook Air and a friend who used to work at the apple store told me about them. After a few months I decided to give them a try. I ordered the box to ship all three ways. It came really quick and I packed up my computer and sent it to them. They repaired the screen, really reasonable, for $239 when the apple store wanted $800. I got the repair and the screen is as good as new. They repair just took 2 days. Very happy with them and they had tracking and emails to constantly update me on the status of my repair and where my box was, very very happy! I will use them again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic customer service, quick diagnostic, and they even did the whole job for free since they didn’t find anything wrong with my MacBook. Their service is rarely offered these days - and I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely will be using them for my future needs.
