Started out just needing a cooling fan based on error message. Called Geeks or Us for help. Told Clyde that my HP laptop was running real slow. He tested it and determined I needed updated BIOS. End result was that these computers come with so may programs running trackers and data reports in the background you don't even know about---they bogged down my machine to where it wouldn't update the BIOS. Ended up getting a new laptop and let Clyde do a professional setup to turn off all those trackers and data reporters. His expertise in technology and repair is next to none. Highly recommend his company---Geeks or Us!

Clyde and Geeks or US was wonderful. I reached out to them because I was experiencing issues with my Peloton Bike+ touchscreen since the touch component was no longer working. I'd spent time with Peloton the previous day, and after working with them for over two hours, their only solution was to buy a new touchscreen at the discount price of $550 (for reference, the bike is only a few years old and cost $2,300 when I purchased it) He hadn't worked on a Peloton before, but Clyde was incredibly friendly and offered to come out to investigate free of charge because he was interested in the challenge. He came out just a couple of hours later, and worked with my bike for an hour. We weren't able to resolve the issue, as the likely problem is that a Peloton provided firmware update likely bricked the touchscreen hardware. BUT his commitment and knowledge on the topic was incredibly helpful. Because of him, I have further information to go back to Peloton with and hope for better support.

I am SO grateful for the kind and professional service I received here. I called for help and Clyde came to the rescue. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the process of unlocking my computer from bitlocker (what a pain!). He was respectful of my lack of experience and never made me feel belittled.
