I took my son's xbox series x for the hdmi port to be fixed turns out that It cannot be repaired. So part of this is my fault for not doing my homework because if I would've went deeper into the review I would've seen that multiple people have brought there's in for the same problem and bam you tell them its unrepairable but if multiple people have brung there's in for the same thing and wasn't able to be fixed why keep telling people that you can fix and can't but you go out of your way to sale me a protection plan why don't you fo out of your way to tell me that it can't be repaired so thanks for nothing. Also this is how I got my my item back as you cam see they were careless with my stuff looks as if they over tightened the screw and cracked it and its bent up and not lined up

They fixed my phone in a very timely manner and were able to do it before the estimated time and day. The initial employee who did the intake information 2 days before service was friendly and personable. The employee who I picked up my finished phone from was more "business-like" but gave me information about a service program that was available. I appreciated the first employee's attitude more, but they were both helpful.

If you have questions about whether repairs are covered under a warranty, this is the store to visit. My phone was covered by the Pixel 4A battery replacement program, which has some complexities to it. I wasn't expecting to get my phone repaired the same day, but they had the parts and got it fixed. Staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Jose replaced my screen cleanly for $98, and Elijah was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to getting my phone looking and working great for a fair price! Great spot for simple phone repairs and screen replacements. Also, My screen protector wasn’t quite sticking right, so Elijah promised to make it right if it didn’t fix itself in a few days, and even gave me a second screen protector to bring in to any Ubreak since I am heading out of town tomorrow! Top notch customer service.

Brought my phone for a screen replacement. They took me in with no issues and on time. Screen didn't come out great and a few issues but they honored the warranty and second time around it came out fine. They were professional and friendly at every step of the way.
