Attention locals and Army families! Mr. Swan knows his stuff! He built me a custom gaming computer and fixed my old CPU in less than 2days. Great hidden gem in Ft Leavenworth and excellent value for my money spent. I would go to him FIRST if your looking for troubleshooting, a high quality laptop or CPU because he’ll get you something better and cheaper than a big box store in Kansas City. Plus he offers long term support for his computers.

He has not worked on anything of mine. But when I called about getting my phone repaired he stated that they do not fix phones anymore but he was so nice so friendly and offered me so many other services and options that could possibly help me get my phone fixed and I really appreciate that.

Timothy (not Tim or Timmy lol) is a genius. He’s a man that has seen a lot and knows a whole lot more. Took my gaming pc into him that I’ve had sitting for over a year collecting dust because I didn’t trust myself or any big business to take care of the cooling problem it had. Timothy nailed down the issue, provided me with a better cooling alternative, and fixed me up in a little over 24 hours. Would highly recommend to anyone like me who has expensive toys but doesn’t know everything needed to fix them up properly 5/5

Went here with a friend to get a pc part, a power supply, while he had none available he offered to order one & have it in a few hours. At that point he told us to wait at the front of the building. The building itself is dark & cluttered. With a narrow pseudo hall down the middle. There were a decent chunk of vintage electronics & other items. Might be some good finds for Antiquers. We waited for a short while & figured we'd check some other options out, went to let the man in the back know we were leaving. & were told to go back to the front unable to get a word in. So we opted to leave & get it ourselves. Other than that last moment the man seemed nice & willing to help. If I don't know whats wrong with my computer in the future I might look into this place again.

Timothy provides a detailed and expert level experience with his expansive knowledge of computers. I came in originally to upgrade our laptop, and left with a superb, brand new gaming laptop, one that he advised us to buy. We are very satisfied with the service and the quality of it as well. Yes he may be conversational, but I see nothing wrong with that, and actually appreciate the friendly chats. My boyfriend and I plan to continue using this great service for continuous care of our equipment. I highly recommend.
