The people are very friendly and helpful. However, they do not provide a way to pay the bill on the web, nor do they have a drop box you can use to drop off your payment after hours, since they close before most get off work, or if they are open later in Louisburg it's just one or two nights a week. I only have Internet service and it is very dependable as it is fiber underground, but a little pricey for a relatively low Mbps.

Have not had a bad experience yet. Only issue we have had so far is that we have too many devices for the speed we chose, so they advised we should get a wi-fi extender. So far this has helped us a lot. We have a security system with 3 cameras outside, 2 inside, 4 Firetv sticks since we don't have cable, and 3 cell phones. That's a lot of devices and the only issue we have is the security system, which is very outdated and pretty sure not their fault. We have been begging for the upgraded model, but of course "ABC" company won't give it to us without another contract. I would recommend them. Yes it's pricey, but you have to remember this is rural, this is not the metro where you have 15 different competitors. I think it was very cheap to get them to actually come out to our new home, and have to dig a trench to even bring fiber out to us.

I've been very pleased with People's Communications for over a year now. Never had an issue with connection or low speeds, and paying your bill takes a 2 minute phone call. While I would prefer online bill pay, it is extremely quick and easy to pay by phone. In a day and age where telecom companies are routinely voted "worst companies in America", People's Communications delivers a great service at a fair price.

Living in the country and blessed to have in-ground fiber-optic internet, when coworkers in the city aren't so lucky! Let us not forget to mention Jennifer and the entire staff - THEY ARE AWESOME! KUDOS TO EACH OF THEM!

4 weeks, and I am put off again for another week, Thanksgiving week, so I am sure I will be put off yet again. UPDATE. They did try and push it out past Thanksgiving, but Phil said "come on guys" and we are getting our service this week (day before Thanksgiving) Thanks Phil!
