I had to visit Staples today and had quite a few questions. I was helped by Emily who was patient and made sure I had everything I needed and answers to every question I had. While assisting me she did get pulled into multiple directions but she multitasked like I’ve never seen. She kept a clear head, handled everything professionally, and it appeared to me that she keeps that store moving. I don’t know what I - or Staples- would have done without her!

I’ve had a number of bad interactions at this staples. I brush them off usually but today I felt a review was needed. A young lady at the Amazon returns was very rude. She had no sort of manners or customer service etiquette. I understand it was simply a Amazon return but she made it seem she wanted nothing to do with me. As I waited in line I always wait for a “how can I help you” or “I’m ready for you” since I wasn’t sure if she was ready for me. She just stared at me and another employee next to her told me she was ready. I politely asked her if I needed to remove labeling on my box and she replied with “idc I’m not even going to use that box” at the end of my interaction I asked her if she could throw away the box for me and she responded with “well yeah that’s what I was going to do” if you’re going to work customer service you need to be professional and courteous. She was wearing an oversized blue sweater very young didn’t get her name. A please and thank you is not too much to ask for.

I am so happy with the assistance I received from Jorden today. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She made suggestions that made the final product so much better than I could have done myself. She helped me in the Print Shop. I will definitely be back!

I readily give five stars to Staples, Garden City, KS based on the customer service I received when shopping for two new computers. I was served by Emily, the tech associate who also happens to be the store manager. She not only knows her field, but she understands her customer (me) and my ignorance of the tech field. (I use it; I don't understand how it works.) She made quality referrals for the two computers needed (a desktop model for my 87-year-old mother and a laptop for me) and then oversaw the transfer of data and information from our old computers to our new ones. She was pleasant and engaging, and I appreciated her handling of situations within the store that came up in my presence in which she treated both the customers and the associates she oversees with respect and grace.

I found what I was looking for, but at what price? my fellow shopper and I cleaned up their laptop alsie. (can we be reimbursed for that?) it was horrendous. meanwhile, black ponytail cashier man, "committing vehicular manslaughter right now would be so much fun... gta style" umm, sir? what kinda delinquents are y'all employing?
