I was a first time customer yesterday when I brought my iPhone 12 in with a significant charging socket issue. They notified me at the end of the day that my phone was repaired, and that my issue had been resolved and not as serious as what we had thought in the beginning. These are good and honest people that I dealt with and I am 100% sold on their business, and I will gladly be a repeat customer. My experience was better than I could have imagined!

Poor quality replacement screen and unresponsive service. The first time I got my screen replaced, there's a black line going down the side and they said they've ordered another screen for me. The second time, I had to go into the store to ask if my screen has arrived. It did arrive but nobody bothered to call me. They replaced my screen and it lasted one week before it started flickering and turning all green. Also, there's a gap on where the screen and the phone is supposed to close. To get my third screen, I've waited 2 weeks but they haven't found where my order went to. If you call them, the phone system hangs up on you.

Overall my experience here was okay. The guy working at the front desk was patient, calm, and helpful. He also explained everything to me thoroughly. The other guy who introduced himself as the lead at the store was not kind at all. Having issues with technology when you personally do not know much about technology is already extremely stressful and then being talked to like I was stupid just made me feel worse. He was very short with me and I’m glad the other guy who was working the front desk took over and helped me the most. He was the only reason I had a somewhat decent experience here although I probably will not return as I’ve been treated much better at other locations.

The entire experience was amazing! I took my phone in for an insurance claim, had actually scheduled the repair at a different location, but the guys there took care of getting everything transferred over to their store and made the entire process quick and seamless. I have found that customer service in many ways is lacking these days, but not here! Truly a great experience and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family! Thanks again!!
