If you need PC help, don't go anywhere else!!! Not only has Kevin Kineer probably forgotten more about PCs, software, and networks than I will ever know; he is also extremely easy to work with, prompt, and goes above and beyond to get the job done. I had an old PC die on me, and this tech wizard of a man was able to correctly diagnose the problem, salvage what he could, and then rebuild me a brand new one for less than I was seeing other (worse) models for sale online at big box stores. Almost a year later, my toddler wreaked some serious havoc on the PC through random button smashing, and Kevin sat down for over half an hour to help me correct the issue and get everything back to proper settings. 10/10 would recommend!

I built a custom PC a couple years ago. Recently, something popped in the machine and started smoking. Not wanting to make things worse, I took it to Kevin with Iowa PC fixers. Not only did he diagnose what the issue was with me personally, but he also gave me options on what I could do to repair the machine that best fit my needs and budget. I can't say enough good stuff about my experience. I took mycomputer init was ready within 2 days. actually it was ready earlier I just couldn't get there. he spent a lot of time with me talking about tips and tricks. somehow after he had my computer I quit getting put into Instagram jail, which has been so nice. he fixed my computer, and gave me knowledge. I highly recommend Kevin with your computer needs.

Kevin was great to work with. His prices are fair, he answers emails quickly, and he very clearly knows what he's doing. What impressed me most was that I was able to contact Iowa PC Fixers, get a quote, schedule a time to meet, *and* get the work done on my computer before some of the other local repair shops even responded to my first inquiry email. I just had a quick hardware upgrade done this time around, but I will definitely go to Iowa PC Fixers if I need anything else in the future.
