I have no photos to share for this review as I typically do but the employees were great! They were extremely busy with multiple customers with different needs and the did their best to take care of all of our needs in a timely manner with a smile and a friendly greeting to each of us. I am extremely thankful for having this store to go to for all of my printer needs and not have to wait for my inks to come in the mail, especially when I am in the middle of a project and I run out of ink, Thanks Staples for being there for me!

First time in a STAPLES other than Dallas. A little different; not as busy as I'm use to, but it's okay. In looking for a calculator, thought I'd snap some pics for you to get an idea of the place. At first it looked like it'd be almost closed. Not as much on the shelves that I'm use to seeing. Then again, I'm comparing to a bigger city. Important to me is CLEANLINESS and SERVICE. They had both. Asked Andrea behind the counter where to find the calculators and even though she wasn't 100%, told me the correct isle. TJ, GM from Cedar Rapids store, was down visiting to help out and checked in on me. He proved to be very helpful in the selection of correct calculator for the job. Thanks, TJ!

I went in today to have a product made. I was told that there was no one in the printing area until 2pm. My coworker called and spoke to the manager and was told she didn't have the passwords to assist in my order. If you don't have the employees to staff an area, train your management to do the job. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to drive 30 minutes to get there to place the order. With all the online stores now a days I suggest you change policy and give your manager the passwords, you've lost the business of myself and coworkers.

Been waiting over 20 minutes past the posted time they open. They are not open. Can't reach anyone waiting the whole time on a call to ask if they are opening. Won't be back. There were about 30 people who came, waited and left. What a shit show.
