Had our computer go crazy and would not connect to any browsers. After messing with it for a couple hours gave up and took it in to have them check it out. Figured I would drop it off and pick it up the next day. After explaining to them what was going on they offered to take a Quick Look at it while I was there. They hooked it up did some scans and checks. Couldn’t find any problems or virus like I thought it may have. After a bit they suggested it may be my cord back home since this computer is hard wired to the internet. They packed it up and gave it back to me no charge. I have been a loyal customer there for years. Another example of the great service I have gotten over the years along with always fair prices. If you’re in need of computer support I suggest checking them out.

During the GPU shortage they had them, so they got me at $1200 for a 3070TI. Not my issue but it seems they are still in price gouge formation. Went in for a couple sticks of Ram and they were almost 70% marked up from what even Corsair sells them for. Your ram isn’t better because you paid more for it at a boutique computer store. Save your money, order online.

They were able to recycle two laptops at no charge, and even pay me for some of the parts in my old macbook. Fantastic experience, thanks for the help!

Cancelled my service after selling my business. Paid all my invoices. Then Dymin tried to blackmail me onto paying the next owners bill in order to regain admin rights to my personal lap top. They removed and/or restricted access to some of my intellectual property as well. I've lost personal and business files because I wouln't pay someone else's bill. How ethical is that?

Left a PC with these guys for 5 days when they said it would be done in one day. Somehow they took a power supply that was working when I brought it in and now it doesn't work. Called 4 times in one day to get an update and they kept saying Nick was out to lunch. Obviously nobody was even working on the computer or communicating with me on what was going on. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR PC TO GET BROKEN AND LEFT SITTING
